But what you may not have heard of yet are vaginal cones. These are the newest in the female genital toning world. Vaginal cones are small sized weights that women should place into their vagina to help tone their pelvic floor muscles and vaginal walls.
These exercise aids come in two different options. The first one is a vaginal cone kit where you have a large set of different cones you can use. They range from the smallest weight to the heaviest. When you first start doing the exercises you start with the smallest vaginal cone and as your muscles begin to strength and get bigger, you than swap that out for a heavier one, and so on. The second type of vaginal cone is one that comes with a single cone that you can insert weights inside. This works best to allow a wider variety of weights to be added. The same concept for use applies as the first type, you start with the smallest weights and work yourself up to heavier ones as your body gets used to the light ones.
To use vaginal cones you want to start off by inserting it into the vagina. Make sure that you have chosen the correct size, or put the correct amount of weights inside the cone prior to insertion. For beginners it is recommended that you start with holding the cone in for about one minutes two times each day. As your body gets used to the cones presence, you should gradually increase the amount of time that you hold the cone inside of you. Aim for getting as long as fifteen minutes. Once you reach this fifteen minute mark twice each day it is most likely time to increase the weight of the vaginal cone.
