What Is Frequent Urination and What Can You Do About It?

If you find yourself having to go often there is a good chance that you may have what is considered frequent urination. In typical humans the bladder is capable of storing urine and holding it until you reach the restroom. This is usually about four to eight time every single day. If you find yourself needing to go more than eight times in a typical day or you notice yourself waking up multiple times throughout the night running to the bathroom you may have more of a problem.

The first thing you need to take into account is how much water you are drinking. If you have increased the usual amount you consume in a usual day than it may be the simple cause of changing up your routine and your body responding to it. This also means if you wake up having to go to the bathroom that maybe you are drinking too much before you go to sleep at night. If you haven’t changed your usual daily intake of fluids and have notice yourself spending more time on the toilet it may be signaling to you that your body has a health problem.

Frequent urination may be due to a urinary tract infection, diabetes, pregnancy, prostate issues, consuming diuretic medications, and interstitial cystitis. These could lead to a more severe level of urination known as an overactive bladder. This is when there is involuntary bladder contractions to make you have the urge to go to the bathroom suddenly. In some people the urge can be too strong and involuntary result in urine leakage.

If you experience these issues right now it may be time to try flotrol for overactive bladder syndrome. This is a natural support supplement for both men and women that helps to alleviate the symptoms of a weakened bladder. If you would like to try an approach that doesn’t require any pills you should look into bladder retraining. This is where you make intervals between using the bathroom to retrain your bladder to hold urine more effectively. These last for about twelve weeks time. Also altering your diet to include less foods that irritate the bladder is another option you can try.
