Zika Virus Strongly Linked To Deadly Guillain-Barré Syndrome In New Study

A new study from Johns Hopkins University provides strong evidence that Zika virus can cause the deadly syndrome known as Guillain-Barré. Previous concerns have focused on pregnant women and the risk to newborn babies, but now we have evidence that Zika can cause extremely serious illness in adults as well.
